Fable Mitts and Impossible Pie

Sometimes a project actually goes right.  Then you don’t know what to do.  So you make some pie.  You know the one you’ve seen on your Facebook home page?  “Impossible Pie”.  And it was good.

    • Hey, Geri. Did the link not work? Basically, it’s a coconut custard pie (lots of eggs and milk, if you’re a vegan that won’t work) with a crumbly topping and a teeny-tiny thin crust. You must wait for it to cool down for the crust on the bottom to firm up. We ate it within minutes of coming out of the oven – LOL! I only noticed the crust with the leftovers!

Let's hear what you're thinking!
